Molly grew up in Pennsylvania and started to perform professionally in the teen years at Philly's Prince Music Theater. Her debut professional show was The Snow Queen. Her nomination was for an Barrymore Award nominee for her role of Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production Into the Woods. Molly was able to reprise this role when she made her Broadway debut at 15 in Into the Woods on Broadway in 2002 and was nominated for a Drama League Award. Molly was also in the cast of the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof, in 2004. After graduating at Princeton University, where she received the degree of B.A. on Religion, and became a Triangle Club member, Molly went on to attend Princeton University. In Religion. Molly is a part of several regional plays including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, at Barrington Stage Company, North Shore Music Theatre as well as Westport Country Playhouse's 2010 performance of The Diary of Anne Frank.
