Dina Meyer was raised and born within Forest Hills Queens New York. When she was finishing her junior year, she relocated from Queens and moved to Dix Hills Long Island. There are two of her younger siblings and an older brother. In the years between nine between the ages of 16 and 19 the first time she was exposed to the business world was when she started modeling. Ron Stetson taught her the Sanford Meisner acting technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse. The other actors who received such instruction include Sandra Bullock, Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum, Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton, and many others. Her first role was in the soap opera Beverly Hills, 90210, in which she had to relocate from Los Angeles to Los Angeles. After being offered the lead part in Johnny Mnemonic where she did majority of the stunts her own, she established herself as an actress who is athletic. Her agent for talent was also representing Matt LeBlanc so, through her agent she was able score a recurring role on Friends.
