The field of golf for women seems to be dominated by ladies who aren't just beautiful, but are also young. Lexi Thompson was one of these women. As she looks at her youthful age, she gets confused about why her career is so successful. Does she have a special ability to play golf, or did she get the chance how to play the game from her mother's womb? Lexi Thompson - one of America's top golfers - is what we'll be focusing on. The actress was born in Coral Springs, Florida on February 10, 1995. Alexis Thompson was her birth name. Amanda Thompson's and Scott Thompson's fathers are Scott Thompson. She is a US national by birth and is of white ethnicity. Lexi took some skills in golf from her father. The country she was born in is America and her father also played golf in a competitive manner until he retired. Her two older brothers whom we will discuss in the following paragraphs, have also been professional golfers. Lexis received her education from home throughout her years in high school. By September 2012, Lexis had been admitted to Louisiana State University in order to receive a bachelor's level degree. By now she must have completed her degree, but the grade she received from the institution has yet to be revealed. Lexis was born into the same family who played golf so she should be familiar in the game. She began playing golf at a very young age and was the first player to make it into the US Women's Open at the age of 12 years old in 2007. While she did not win however, in 2007, she took home the Aldila Junior Classic and became the second. This was her first win at the American Junior Golf Association.
